Download deadlines, cards, calibration and documents
The twenty-eight days for the card and the ninety days for the vehicle come automatically from the files, as do card expiry and the periodic inspection of the tachograph. Driving licence, Driver CPC, ADR and other documents you add yourself, with email reminders and a notification to the driver.
- Download deadline per card and per vehicle, calculated from the last successful download.
- Card expiry date, card generation and the two-yearly calibration.
- Your own documents with your own deadlines, entered once and then monitored.

A download that was interrupted halfway does not count, even if the file is in the list. For Driver CPC only the expiry date is shown here; whether the thirty-five hours are on schedule you see on the CPC tab.
