Tasks: every infringement ticked off

Per driver, all his infringements in one list, with what he wrote about them and whether he has seen the infringement in his app. The admin or planner gives each infringement a status, from New to Closed, and answers a question from the driver in the app or by phone.

• Counters for what is still new, which questions are still open and what the driver has not seen yet.
• Per infringement the status, with who set it and when, or in one go for all infringements of a driver.
• Seen by the driver: the app reports which infringements appeared on his screen.
• The HR notes on an infringement are kept internally next to the driver's comment; the driver does not see them.
