Driver overview: employed and left
All drivers in one list under HR, including those who have left. Register a driver as having left with his last working day: he disappears from the analyses, lists and exports and can no longer log in, but is kept with his DDD files for one year and is then deleted automatically.
- Per driver the start date, the status and how complete his driver record is; one click opens all personal details.
- He only appears on the Attention page if his card data up to the day before his last working day is incomplete.
- He can be reinstated as long as he is still being kept.
