Driver comments: the story behind an infringement
In the Tacho analyse and VYS Tacho apps, the driver can explain for each infringement what happened, such as the reason. Under HR you read those comments and, as a manager, add a response that the driver then sees in his app.
- By default the comments you have not yet responded to, with what is new since your last visit.
- The same comments in the infringement popup in the driver analysis and in the file, with one icon for the driver and one for the manager.
- A changed or deleted text is kept as an earlier version, and BeMaMiToe counts per driver whether every comment has a response.
Please note
An explanation from the driver is not a free pass. If you knew about an infringement and did nothing, BeMaMiToe will not help you.
