Planners who only see their own drivers
Working with several planners, per base location or per country? Create a separate login for each planner and assign him his drivers, by base location and/or country of residence. The planner then only sees those drivers and the vehicles of his base locations; the admin sees everything and does the assigning.
- Create base locations and assign drivers and vehicles to a location.
- Per planner, tick which base locations and countries of residence belong to him, and immediately see the drivers he will see.
- Per planner, choose which menu options he sees, and copy one planner's menu to another with one click.
- The restriction is enforced on the server, not just in the menu: anything that does not belong to the planner is never shown to him.
Please note
The country of residence comes from the driver record, or otherwise from the issuing country of the driver card. A planner sees no settings and no users.
