The vehicle unit next to the driver card
The tachograph in the vehicle records everything, and so does the driver's card. The two should say the same thing. The portal puts them side by side and gives a status per vehicle and per driver, with the deviations expandable underneath.
- If it says "OK", the two sources have really been compared and they match.
- Deviations can be expanded per row, so you can see where the difference lies.
- Unknown cards in your own vehicles come to light here.
- For each deviation, which cards were in the tachograph at that moment, and in which slot.
- An exclamation mark with an explanation if the card has an authentication record at that moment but lacks the place record with the country: the country was entered, but the card did not store it.
Please note
A comparison is only possible if BOTH files are present. If the VU download or the card download for that period is missing, there is no verdict, and that is not an approval.
